FILETANK VERSION 2.4 RELEASED

FileTank version 2.4 focuses on FT 'locking system'. The system which main purpose is to handle concurrent requests is now rebuilt to work more effectively.
Quick example to illustrate concurrent requests:
Imagine two FT users accessing the same folder on File Tank. They need to exchange their files as quickly as possible - while one is still uploading the other wants to download files which are already in the folder.
In the previous release they used to receive the following message: 'User aaa@bbb.com is accessing the same resource you requested. Please try again later.' That message doesn't appear in version 2.4 and all users can upload or download without being interrupted and without receiving concurrent request messages whilst integrity of their data is preserved.
Still if a resource remains locked for a long period of time please use our Support page and ask for assistance.
