Current release introduces the Administration panel of FT. Now Administrators can set some preferences to control FT automatic behavior.
Administration panel is under Home tab, on FT initial screen.

There are two types of settings: 'FileTank Global settings' and 'My preferences'.

• Global settings include default theme and time zone, intervals after which the content is considered old and is deleted automatically.
  All the logos you have uploaded for your FileTank are organized in Logo collection. You can change back to a logo uploaded in the past, or upload unlimited number of new logos. This way the process of matching the logo with default theme is made quite easy.
  You can have different intervals for files uploaded by Administrator and files uploaded by ordinary user. Bear in mind that Administrators can control expiry dates whilst ordinary users can't.
• 'My preferences' override the respective global settings: expiration interval for files uploaded by you, theme and timezone. You have the option to switch back to FT Globals at any time you wish.
