Both FileTank Administraors and Ordinary Users can subscribe to and receive e-mail notifications about activities(uploads, downloads, copying and moving) that happen in folders they are interested in.

Now they can choose the categories of activities they will be notified of. This limits the many unnecessarily notifications.
