Control the expiry period of a direct download link
The Administrator who creates the direct download link can choose between 3 options: 4 days, 1 week, 2 weeks. The default is 4 days.
Workspace/Folder contents at a glance
You can download a PDF outlining just names of subfolders and the files they contain. Right-click the respective workspace or folder in the Workspaces tab on the left. From the context menu choose 'Folder list'. This function is Administrators only.
Filter workspace/folder's history and print it to a file
If you are an Administrator and need to filter the history records, use the 'Search' button in History's window bottom bar. You can filter records by type, name, action, date and doer. The button next to 'Search' is 'Print to file'. You can get what is shown at the moment in history main window as a PDF file.
